Return Policy
Due to the unique nature of marble, we do not accept returns for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds and replacements apply only to items that arrive damaged or faulty. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Damaged Items
If your order has been damaged in transit, please email marbre.co.au@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
If your item is arrived faulty or damaged, Marbre Co. will issue a prepaid return label. You will not be responsible for any return shipping costs.
